How do I pay for a Luxarc purchase?

Luxarc offers multiple payment methods to ensure your convenience and security. Our trusted payment gateway partners use advanced encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You can choose from the following payment options:

Orders through payment gateways attract an additional 2% charge, which is borne by the customer. To avoid this cost, we recommend using UPI or direct bank deposit to our account.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via email/SMS, which will include the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order by logging into your account on www.luxarc.in and navigating to the orders section.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Typically, it takes 3 working days for the product to be delivered to your doorstep. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, Email your cancellation request to sales@luxarc.in. Please note that the acceptance of cancellation is at Luxarc's discretion.

Sellers pack and ship your product as soon as possible. To reduce seller effort and shipping costs, we cannot accept cancellation requests except in special cases.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Luxarc?

Are the prices listed on Luxarc inclusive of GST?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are Retail Prices, which include all applicable taxes, including GST.
