- Luxarc Store prices typically do not include shipping due to the heavy nature of our products.
- Shipping charges will vary based on order size and will be communicated to you before finalising your purchase.
- Lightweight items or bulk orders may qualify for free shipping.
- Typically, it takes 3 working days for the product to be delivered to your doorstep. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
- While we ensure timely delivery, exact delivery times may vary as products are shipped directly from the Supplier/Manufacturer/Authorised Dealer.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for any additional labour charges for loading/unloading.
- Please review your shipment carefully upon delivery.

Your shipment will include essential documents:
Order Invoice: You can download the original copy from your account profile, and a copy will be emailed to you.
Delivery Note: Check quantities upon delivery; report any missing items immediately.
User Manual (if provided by the manufacturer)
Material Test Certificates (if provided by the manufacturer)

Warranty Cards (if provided by the manufacturer)
